Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
