History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Uthemar and his spouse have recently divorced.
