History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gennal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Birel hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gifted student she started as a Doctor, but she got bored and became a Jeweler. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
