Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Verna isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Sage job and began her own company from there.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many illithids want him driven away
