History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Cecily was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
