Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His brown hair is lengthy. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.
