Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Vepar never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she has money and likes to spend it
