Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Peren embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He takes great joy in being the best Tanner in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante father left him crippled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult; and to be a dilettante again

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to work out more often

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fortune-teller. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He struck the Fortune-teller job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
