History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Sarah and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against goblins

Personality: Astar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Astar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Astar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
