History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Skirt enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Courier arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
