History: Malquis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. After a long history of fighting, Malquis and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Thamuz hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Thamuz abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and doesn't want to be a healer and was forced into it by his family
