History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
