Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she dresses like a well dressed Tanner does. She has styled her dark red hair well, parting it to the right. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Tanner soon after.

Description: This slender woman stands about 4'0". She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. Her hair is short and blonde. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Diesa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Diesa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: This tall, slender man is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, green shirt, and brown tie. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he's looking for his big break

Voice: Speaks fast with a slight lisp

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. He has wavy blue crest. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ildrex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
