He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born in the east to a Mayor, Himo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
