Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Volen was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Assassin. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
