Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Bertram lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'0". She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, and her gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. She has styled her blonde hair well, parting it to the left. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
