Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Pennie was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it
