History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His gold crest has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are red.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Kerkad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kerkad decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She got into the Dilettante business at a young age. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has worked as a Dilettante like her father before her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
