Ubada was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Painter. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Bernard was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to clean up the streets

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a green coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Direcris was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He tends to his Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
