Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Herleva would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Bricklayer, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
