History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Savaran was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Savaran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
