History: Gimble was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has worked as a Painter like his mother before him.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tana grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her first spouse was a Interpreter, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
