Personality: Valafar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
