Description: She wears a yellow coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon her head. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her black hair is still thick. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Millicent wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has worked as a Farmer like her father before her.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and balancing her hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'3" and wears a white shirt, with a black mid length shorts with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Thakrak hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Mayor; and revenge

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Painter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Eldon hails from a village terrorized by drow. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and further expansion of business

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Unemployed. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.
