History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Helja was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Being a Beggar kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. After a long history of fighting, Hadarai and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he is greedy
