History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jane was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jane was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Argran was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

She prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available she will default to her shortbow, she is not a threatening figure. Her blonde hair is knotted and matted. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
