History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His gold crest is thinning but still full. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Rhogar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rhogar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
