Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Jasmine enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
