Description: She is in excellent shape and very much looks the part of a Ruler. Her brown fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears just a grey suit. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Description: 5'3" and muscular, this southern man is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Zepar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zepar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zepar. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and seeks redemption

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She worked as a nervous Junk Dealer and found it very stressful. She has achieved small success as a Junk Dealer.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Junk Dealer responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
