He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
