History: She was born in a small mountains village. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ootah is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
