History: Shadow was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Shadow was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shadow decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mastema fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
