History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears his purple hair down. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Marshal who has hired him part-time. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Balam took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to unite with his brother

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he prefers to wear flannel. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
