History: She comes from a rich eastern family. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Mary alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Mary was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.
