Personality: Peren speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Peren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Peren was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
