History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Windy grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Windy abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quilla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quilla. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
