Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Balam took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Surina grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Anakis was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Anakis's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anakis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
