Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Zook was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Zook's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Zook and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Blendaeth lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

History: Born in the west to a Server, Tyna learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but she was a colossal failure. She struck the Server job and began her own company from there.
