Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Ilanis was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ilanis's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. He has moderate length chestnut hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
