Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His fur is cinnamon and curly. His fierce copper eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Cask is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: An older woman who wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is black and curly. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ranala is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Ranala was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Ar-Karo lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Junk Dealer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available she will default to her bow. She has a very tight haircut. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Ruler mother left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
