Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 4'9". She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and her gloved hand is found clutching a halberd. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barkeep. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and balancing her hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are amber.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her long brown hair reaches down to her waist. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Sybil took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor she uses now. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: Expand her business.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Makaria took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
