History: Born in the east to a Beggar, Kilvar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Fulbar reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away.
