History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Erky was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has decided he is irredeemable
