History: He was born in the south. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Expand her business; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traubon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traubon. He struck the Mason job and began his own company from there.
