History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Shanairla was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
