History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Oppleby was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fisher. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
