Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Silaqui was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Merla grew up listening to her father's many stories. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
