Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Himo liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gynnie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. After a long history of fighting, Gynnie and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the south to a Detective, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Detective and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
