History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Rinn is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This tall, slender woman wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. Her chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Dilettante father left her crippled. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
