Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She is baby faced.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ellywick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ellywick. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ellywick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Engraver and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her whip with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She sports a flattop crest cut. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and balancing her hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult
